Marketing Associate :


Did you just recently graduate college ? Do you have a passion for marketing? Enjoy seeing your creations convert to business opportunities ? We’re looking for someone who can help us grow! Your primary responsibility will be working alongside the Director of Marketing in order to provide qualified leads for our sales team. You will do this in a variety of ways including, but not limited to:

        • Creating website, blog, & promotional content
        • Running email campaigns
        • Performing search engine optimization
        • Monitoring PPC Ads
        • Sending direct mail pieces
        • Researching target companies and inputting them in to our database
        • Keeping clients and prospects up to date on industry & product updates
        • Assisting with the preparation and development of proposals and presentations
        • You will quickly gain experience with a variety of channels and tools. This is a full time position.

Business Development Specialist  

Are you competitive, like people, challenges, and earning money? Hate getting the same paycheck every two weeks? Feeling stuck? We’ve got the position for you!

You will be part of a business development team that will assist in contacting and developing warm leads contained within our proprietary database. The goal is to help educate our potential client base on how our product and services can assist them in solving their most vexing risk based issues. Success here leads to a hand off to our Risk Advisors who are tasked with on boarding the potential new client.

We use the Business Development Specialist position as a training ground with the expectation that this qualified and talented person will graduate to become a full on Risk Advisor with our firm.

This is an entry level position – we do all the training. You just bring your A game.

Producer (Risk Advisor)

This is essentially a highly compensated sales position

People looking for a raise in salary must understand that the bigger the pie that is the transaction you are involved in; the bigger the piece, aka the profits you make from that transaction.

Therefore you should look for an opportunity to work on large deals, which is one benefit of being a P & C Producer. Another benefit is the “residual income.” You earn your “pie piece” every time the customer pays their bill / renews. Thus for every deal you close, you will earn near the same dollar amount in year five as you did in year one (to go along with every year in between).

This differs from selling life insurance, mortgages, or most other products or services. When the year is over they start from $0. Year after year P & C Producers see their sales numbers and “book of business” build, which is why they are are some of the best compensated salespeople in the western world.
