O.O.D.A Risk System
Our client-facing O.O.D.A. Risk system is your own Risk Management Information system that organizes, measures, and manages Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) making your incident and clams data actionable. You can’t manage what you can’t measure.
Systems
Internal Agency Software
Internally focused policy management system designed specifically for insurance agencies. This system is built to handle insurance transactions; claims are one of these transactions. Offers customers no forward-looking metric to their end-user customer base.
Blueprint Assessment
We analyze your industry and company size to create a business-specific risk assessment that touches on your HR protocols, incident reporting, your data collection & management, risk controls, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) that you are presently managing. We take this information and overlay it with your 1-3 year strategy for your organization to identify the gaps.

Insurance Applications
Many of our competitors simply focus on pricing the insurance transaction. While this is important, risk financing is not risk management. It’s building a holistic risk management program that impacts your P&L, not just the line item of insurance within your P&L.
Client Specific Training
We deploy our system called “Profit Tools” to help you tighten up the weak spots in your organization. We train your staff on our systems and best practice protocols to help achieve your organization’s strategic goals.
Training
Training?
Think and name two training sessions your organization has had with your current broker. Were they developed specifically for your staff to support the identified weak spots in your organization or were they generic training?
Claim Management
We’ve managed thousands of claims and discovered it takes an average of 47 touches to close a claim (WC, GL, Property). Most of our clients are understaffed and do not have the bandwidth to get their claims closed at a reduced valuation. Their best practice competition can take the time which makes their cost of risk lower.
When a claim is reported to us, it’s the first step of a long process to get our client a result instead of an outcome
Claims
Claim Reporting
For many brokerages, claims is at best a 2 step process.
1) Report the claim to the carrier 2) Forward the claim # to you. Their goal is only to report, not to manage, train, and advocate to maximize results. The strategy should be to compress the final payout of the claim to it’s lowest payout point for 3rd party, highest payout for 1st party.
It’s not a strategic plan, it’s a transaction.
Just outcomes, not results.
Incident Reporting & Tracking
Utilizing our mobile app or desktop O.O.D.A Risk system, we provide a system for your managers and supervisors to report near misses & site hazards. This is a critical component within our risk management system. By tracking incidents and resolving why they occur lowers/prevents future incidents from becoming claims.
