3. What You’ll Have Access To:

The Account TabScreen Shot 2014-05-01 at 9.43.17 AM

Other than the home tab, the first tab you will see is the account tab. Click “go” and you will see all accounts you have with us. F.Y.I. Accounts translate into entities. Thus, if you have multiple entities we are managing you will have multiple accounts. If you have one entity, you will have one account. Every account page will include the following information:

  • Your specific account team’s profiles & contact info (Account Exec, Risk Advisor, Claims Advocate, Risk Rocket Admin, Loss Control Specialist)
  • Account Data (ie: Current & Prior Experience Mod, Unit Stat Date)
  • Access to your “Box” account for easy file sharing
  • All your current working locations & supervisors
  • A summary of all claims, policies, sub contractors, goals, and tasks relating to this account

The Claims TabScreen Shot 2014-04-30 at 10.08.55 AM

Here you can drill down in to our claims management system in real time to see what we see. When you click the claims tab you will have two options.

  1. View all claims
  2. View open claims

You can then dig in to each specific claim to see important information such as:

a. Claims paid

b. Reserves

c. Adjuster info

d. Notes & follow ups from our Claims Advocates who are working on your behalf

The Policies TabScreen Shot 2014-05-01 at 9.47.47 AM

Much like the claims tab, when you click the policies tab you will have the option to view all policies or active policies. You will also be able to see the line of insurance, policy number, effective dates, premium, and the policies themselves.

The Risk Rocket TabScreen Shot 2014-05-01 at 9.49.10 AM

For those of you who wish for us to manage your vendor or sub contractor qualification process you may access the status, analysis, notes, & documents associated with all your sub contractors & vendors. Not only does this save you time and money, but our staff is fully conversant on all of the insurance nuance that can make all the difference in the event of an accident or claim. When you click this tab you can sort by all sub contractors/vendors;  or only by ones that are currently being vetted.

The goals and tasks tabs are used to assist in managing our risk management projects. A goal could be “Developing & Implementing a Fleet Auto Safety Program” and might consist of 10 tasks necessary to complete it, delegated to several key staff people from both your company and ours. This tab helps us manage not just the tasks, but the staff delegated to complete the task. A task is a task, but once you build accountability in to the process it becomes a system.

One common theme we notice among employers is a lack of coordinated training programs. Our LMS system is used to help you build a custom curriculum. We will be continuously adding training content related to your account here, assisting you in creating a consistent coordinated approach to employee training and development as it relates to safety & risk management. For example you will currently have access to a 30 minute training program for your supervisors for what they should do when an employee injury occurs.

4. More Features

Chatter!

You will notice Chatter at the top of every page within the sytem. We found that email is very inefficient when it comes to managing projects. Chatter is our efficient answer to tracking team member discussions. When you post to chatter, everyone on your account team gets a notice, but the discussion points are recorded in the chatter feed so you don’t have to search through hundreds of emails and piece the project discussion points together. In addition to the ability to post a comment, question, or even upload a file, you will also see important updates on your account in this area. For example if the status of a sub contractor changes, or if the reserve of a claim is changed. If you post a question or comment and someone responds you will instantly receive an email notification. See the example below where I ask myself a question:

Document Management

You have the ability to upload and manage in one place all your insurance policies & paperwork.

Tracking Your Supervisors & Current Working Locations

It’s essential for claims reporting for us to have an up to date list of your working locations. From your account page you can easily add or edit locations & supervisors at your own convenience.  For construction, you can also add details about your WRAP jobs. Finally you can see which supervisors have gone through our Comp Care for Supervisors Training. You will get a monthly report asking if anything has changed.

Search & Recent Items

To the left of every page you will notice your recent items. So if you frequently check the status of a few specific claims you will have quick access to them here. At the top of every page there is a search box offering another way to navigate your information.

Multiple Usernames / Passwords

One small but important update is that we can now hand out multiple logins per account.

“Feed View”Screen Shot 2014-05-01 at 10.55.36 AM

One tool that is somewhat hidden is the feed view. When looking at a list of claims(or another object) you can switch from a list view to a feed view on the top right of the page. This will show you all the recent important changes on whatever list you are looking at.

5. Wrap Up

We will continue to work to improve the experience. As it was just released, if you notice any bugs or room for improvement please let us know. If you need assistance learning how to navigate the portal we can walk you through it. We look forward to better serving you on the road to cost efficiency & consistency.
